For many people, seeking representation from a literary agent is the first step of many steps to being traditionally published. This presentation will cover several aspects of an effective strategy to coming up on top of the slush pile and crafting a winning Twitter pitch that will capture agents’ and editors’ attention.

Joanne Machin is an author of flirty, nerdy, feminist contemporary adult #ownvoices romance. She also runs her own business as a freelance copy editor, content writer, and coach.
